Profile-Dr. Kutisha Ebron

Dr. Kutisha Ebron is a scholar-practitioner in ethical leadership, social inclusion, and gender justice with over 15 years of experience within the United Nations system. She served on the Secretariat for the UN Secretary-General's High-Level Panel on Women's Economic Empowerment and co-authored UN Women's first global policy paper on communities discriminated against on the basis of work and descent, launched at the 2025 UN High-Level Political Forum. Her scholarship examines the intersections of socioeconomic justice, health disparities, and gender-based violence, advancing intersectional, data-driven approaches to systemic change. Dr. Ebron currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University, sits on the editorial boards of several international journals, and co-chairs the Intersectionality Special Interest Group for GLEPHA. She holds a Ph.D. in Ethical Leadership from St. Thomas University.
